We don't hire to scale headcount. We hire when there's a job an agent can't do. That keeps the team small, the comp generous, and the equity meaningful.
In the customer's face
Every team member is on customer calls. Every product decision sits in front of a real dealer before it ships. Zero abstraction layers between us and the people who pay us.
Sole designer, working alongside the founder on product UI, marketing site, brand evolution. Strong taste, strong opinions, willing to build it yourself in code if needed.
Senior-level product design portfolio
Comfortable in code (HTML/CSS at minimum, Tailwind + React preferred)
First non-technical hire. Owns dealer onboarding, founding-cohort relationships, and the path from $0 to first $1M ARR. In-the-room with dealers. Not a deck-builder.
Dealership / automotive industry background strongly preferred
Comfortable with technical tools (you'll use the API, not just the UI)
Has personally onboarded paying B2B customers before
12-week paid apprenticeship for engineers in their last year of university. Real ownership of a feature — no coffee runs, no bullshit. Conversion to full-time if mutual.
Final-year CS/SWE student or new grad
Public portfolio (GitHub, side projects, blog)
Comfortable working autonomously with daily standups
